Meet Kim DeLaney

My experience in real estate began when my husband and I purchased our first home in 2007, which happened to be right before the big housing crash. Some might think this would have turned me away from real estate, but it actually fueled my passion for it, as that home turned into our first investment property. 

Since then, we’ve bought and sold 3 more properties, bought land to build our current house on, and purchased another investment property. Each of these experiences showed me firsthand how exciting and sometimes overwhelming the buying and selling process can be. Now my desire is to create a smooth process and positive experience for my clients as I join them in their own real estate journey. 

I’m grateful my real estate journey brought me back to my hometown of Butler and I look forward to serving clients in Richland and the surrounding counties.
